Last Revised: June 1, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed with Omini Box Store, operated by CALM SPARK LTD, Company No. 16313151, registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

For customers in the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions where mandatory distance-selling rights apply, you may have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After you notify us that you wish to cancel, you are generally responsible for returning the goods within the period required by applicable law.

This cancellation right does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Voluntary Return Window

In addition to any mandatory legal rights, we may accept return requests for eligible products within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a voluntary return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or only inspected to the extent reasonably necessary, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at ominibox.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Do not send products back without first contacting us. Items sent back without a return approval or return instructions may be refused, delayed, or returned to you.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the return address we provide after your request is reviewed. The return address may vary depending on the product, destination, and return reason. Return shipping to an incorrect address may delay or prevent refund processing.

Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns or cancellations of non-defective goods, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, we will provide a reasonable return solution, which may include a prepaid label, reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at ominibox.shop@gmail.com with photos or videos showing the issue, the shipping label, and the packaging where relevant.

If we confirm that the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, refund, or another solution required by applicable law. Mandatory legal guarantee rights, including applicable UK and EU/EEA consumer rights, are not limited by this policy.

Condition, Accessories, and Device Data

Returned products should include all original accessories, cables, manuals, packaging, and any included promotional items. Before returning an electronic device, you are responsible for removing personal data, accounts, passwords, memory cards, and any content you added. We are not responsible for personal data left on returned devices.

Inspection and Deductions

We may inspect returned items before approving a refund. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund if the product has been used beyond reasonable inspection, damaged by misuse, returned incomplete, missing accessories, or returned in a condition that reduces its value.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

Where required by applicable law, refunds for eligible cancellations will include the product price and standard outbound delivery charge, but may exclude expedited shipping, optional services, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges, or other third-party charges that are not recoverable from us.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at ominibox.shop@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to special return conditions where allowed by law, including digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, products sold as final sale, products modified at your request, hygiene-sensitive items, or products that cannot be safely resold after opening. Any product-specific return limitation will be stated on the product page where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different product or variant is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Preorders, Deposits, and Balance Payments

If your order is a preorder, deposit order, balance payment, or backorder, cancellation and refund availability may depend on whether the order has been dispatched and on the product-specific terms shown at purchase. Unless a lawful exception applies, you may cancel an undelivered preorder before dispatch.

For a customer-requested preorder cancellation before dispatch, where legally permitted, we may deduct the actual Stripe processing fee that is not returned to us by Stripe. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

If we cancel a preorder for merchant-side cancellation reasons, fulfillment delay, or product issues, we will process a full refund without deducting Stripe processing fees.

For ordinary in-stock orders canceled by the customer before dispatch, eligible refunds are generally processed in full and payment processing fees are treated as our business cost, unless a lawful exception or non-recoverable third-party charge applies.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
