Last Revised: June 1, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Omini Box Store, operated by CALM SPARK LTD, Company No. 16313151, registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Shipping Origin and Carriers

Most orders are shipped from China using 4PX or other logistics partners selected according to the destination, product availability, and service reliability. We may ship items in separate parcels where this helps avoid delay or where products are fulfilled from different locations.

Processing and Dispatch Time

In-stock products are normally processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed during public holidays, product launches, preorder periods, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Preorders, Deposits, and Backorders

If a product is sold as a preorder, deposit order, balance payment, or backorder, the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or related product announcement. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate where available. You may cancel an undelivered order before dispatch unless the product page clearly states a lawful exception.

Delivery Estimates

Standard international delivery is usually estimated at 15-20 business days after dispatch. Certain destinations, including Brazil and other countries with longer customs processing, may take approximately 15-30 business days or longer. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal handling, remote-area delivery, weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.

Shipping Charges and Remote Area Fees

Product prices do not include shipping charges, remote-area surcharges, customs duties, import VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges unless expressly stated at checkout. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown before you place your order. If a remote-area surcharge or address-related carrier fee applies after checkout, we may contact you before dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

You are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by your destination country. These charges are assessed by local customs or tax authorities and are not controlled by Omini Box Store. VAT and import tax rates vary by country and region. Please contact your local customs office for estimates or for questions about customs delays.

If you refuse to pay applicable duties, taxes, or carrier charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct from any refund the actual non-recoverable shipping charges, return charges, customs charges, payment processing costs, or other costs caused by the refusal, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, phone number, postal code, city, province/state, country, and any apartment, unit, or building details. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If a parcel is delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may be unable to refund shipping charges or other non-recoverable costs.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch, especially for international shipments.

Delivery Problems, Lost Parcels, and Carrier Delays

If tracking shows no meaningful movement for an unusually long period, or if your parcel appears lost, please contact us at ominibox.shop@gmail.com. We may ask the carrier or logistics provider to investigate. Depending on the result, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution. If tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may require additional evidence before treating the parcel as lost.

Delay Notices and Cancellation Before Dispatch

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the stated dispatch or shipping timeframe, we will notify you within a reasonable time and provide either a revised estimate or an explanation that no revised estimate is currently available. Where required by applicable law, you may choose to accept the delay or cancel the undelivered order for a refund.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
