Our prices do not include shipping fees, remote area surcharges, customs duties, or import taxes.

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes imposed by their local customs authorities.

For orders shipped to EU countries, import VAT of approximately 21%–23% may apply.

For all other countries, taxes and duties will be assessed according to local regulations.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you refuse to pay the required duties or taxes and the shipment is returned, no refund will be issued.

I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered together?

We strive to ship all items in a single package whenever possible. However, depending on product availability and shipping methods, items may be shipped separately.

Once an item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been shipped?
